Not if you're dead.

Sleep deprivation used to be used as a manner of torture. It can lead to depression, headaches, hand tremors, hallucinations, hypertension, psychosis, synaesthesia, weakened immune system, diabetes type 2. It can adversely affect brain function, growth and the healing process.


Oh right, it also causes death.
